Ulster Township Histories |
Ulster formed 1797 from Tioga.
This makes it one of the earliest townships in the county. It was split to form
Rush and Mt. Zion in 1801. Both are now extinct. In 1804 to 1820 pieces went to
Wysox, Smithfield and Sheshequin.
