Post Offices in Pike Township in 1870 - Residents in Pike Township picked up their own mail at the Post Office in LeRaysville, Pike or Stevensville, and a few on the eastern boundary received mail at the Rushville Post Office in Susquehanna County. Residents of LeRaysville, used the leRaysville Post Office. There was no rural delivery until 1903. .
