Hi Joyce,
After I scanned it, I did my best to scrape off the black paper as
glue was applied to place this postcard in a photo album. My best
guess is that it is from the family of Mary Adeline HARDING (who married
Eugene O. WATKINS) sent to Ida HARDING (SRGP #12260).
Here is what I can read:
