Fred was the son of Griffin Bailey and Alvira Aylesworth. Fred died
SEP 1928 in Mansfield, Richmond Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, at
age 67. His body was interred SEP 1928 in Prospect Cemetery, Mansfield,
Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Fred was listed in a directory in Rutland

Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Had one eye from being kicked by horse.
