Blenis operated only from 1886 until his death in 1888, so his photos are EASY to date. - A brief window. Blenis succeeded F. M. Spencer when the latter moved to Troy. In 1886 his logo listed him as successor to Spencer. By 1888 he had dropped that line of his logo. Will C. Blenis died in Mansfield 1888 and is buried in Prospect Cemetery. This explains why he operated here so briefly. May have been succeeded by McFarlin who started in Mansfield about 1888 Mr. William C. Blenis Mr. William C.
