Photographers of the Tri-Counties McCluskey Studio in Mansfield
Ethel Austin and Jesse Austin of Mainesburg were both cousins and
best friends. Ethel's father, Leander, died in 1893 when she was an infant,
but he had been a photographer employed by an Allentown firm. Ethel was
born in 1892 and Jessie in 1891. These photos were taken at the McCluskey
studio in Mansfield in 1916, possibly on the same day.
The 1908 Directory for Mansfield Borough "McCluskey, photographer moved
to Brownville N Y.."
