In September 1906 Ephraim played the violin at the 40th wedding anniversary of his grandparents at their Liberty Corners home.

In the 1920 Wilmont,Bradford,PA census Ephraim, age 32, and his wife Mildred S. and their infant daughter Ruth Marion lived with his widowed mother Mary Elizabeth Brennan Wilcox.

By 1930 Ephraim was head of the household,which had grown significantly, and his mother lived with him. Assume this to be the original Wilcox farm from 1920 and before:
