This Indenture, Made the Twelfth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen Between Daniel W. Reynolds and Harriet a. Reynolds, his wife, of the township of Rutland, county of Tioga, and State of Pennsylvania, parties of the first part, And Herman T. Nash, of the same place aforesaid, party of the second part: WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of eight hundred Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, well and truly paid by the said party of the second part to the said parties of the first part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien. enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate in the township of Rutland, county of Tioga, and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the North-West corner hereof in the line of lands of Sally A. Reynolds; thence North 86 ¾ degrees East along said Reynolds’ land, fifty-one and two-tenths rods, thence still along the same East, one hundred thirteen and sixteen-one-hundredths rods to the Southeast corner of said Sally A. Reynolds’ lands; thence South five degrees West along lands of B. W. Smith, forty-six and forty-eight-one-hundredths rods to a corner; thence North 85 degrees West along lands of Bert Tears and lands of E. L. Nash, one hundred sixty-eight rods to a corner; thence North seven degrees East along lands of said Sally A. Reynolds, thirty rods to the place of beginning, Containing forty-one and one-tenth acres of land, more or less, and being the same premises devised to said Daniel W. Reynolds by the last will of his father Bennett Reynolds. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and the appurtenances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, AND ALSO, all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever, both in law and equity, of said parties of the first part, of, in, to or out of the said premises and every part and parcel thereof, To have and to hold the said premises, with all and singular the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, forever, And the said parties of the first part for themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators, do by these presents, covenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that they the said parties of the first part, their heirs, heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above-described and granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, against the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons, whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, shall and will, by these presents, WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

fourteen before me, the subscriber, a Notary Public in and for said county
came the above-named Daniel W. Reynolds and Harriet A. Reynolds, his wife,
and acknowledged the above Indenture to be their act and deed, and they
desired the same might be recorded as such.
