Westbrook to Palmer 1864

Reynolds to Crawford 1847

January 26th 1864
For value received I hereby transfer to Phebe Palmer all my right title and Interest in and to a certain lease Given by Calvin Reynolds to Mosses Crawford of which the within is a Copy

In consideration of twelve dollars and forty five cents to me in hand paid by Moses Crawford I do hereby agree to sell to him the ground occupied by the head race leading to his mill in Sullivan township for the purpose of a race and for no other purpose whatsoever

To have and to hold the same to him his heirs and assigns to and for their only proper use and behoof forever the said Race being about 100 Rods in length and about four Rods in width according to its present course, and I hereby Reserve to myself the right of crossing the said race with my fences, whenever I may think proper But in such manner as not to obstruct the race
Witness my hand and eal[sic] at Wellsboro, this, 15th day of February A.D. 1847
