CHEMUNG COUNTY COURT
Commencing February 1, 1916, regular terms of the County Court in and for the County of Chemung are to be held at the Court House in the City of Elmira, commencing at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, as follows:
The first Tuesday in March.
The fourth Tuesday in May.
The first Tuesday in September.
The second Tuesday in December.
A grand and trial jury shall be drawn for the September term and a trial jury only for the March, May and December terms. A term of County Court without a jury shall be held at the Chambers of the County Judge at the Court House in the City of Elmira, on the first Tuesday of each and every month, at the same hour, except the months of March, May, August, September and December, and there shall also be such a term without a jury held at the same time and place on the third Monday

of March and September and on the first Monday of May and on the fourth Monday of December. In case any of the above dates shall fall on a legal holiday, the term of court shall be held on the first day thereafter.
Final action upon petitions for naturalization of aliens to be admitted to become citizens of the United States wil be had within all of the Judicial Districts composing the Third Department upon the first day of each trial term.
