This cemetery is located on Virtus Hollow Road off Coryland Road in
Columbia. Supposedly the Wolfes were buried right where the road now is
and the tombstones moved to a hedgerow. Kelsey Jones read the cemetery
in August 1980 and found the stones in the hedge row. They were still there
in 1988 when Charles Holley visited it. In July 1997, Charles Holley and
I, Joyce M. Tice, visited it and found an area beside the road enclosed
in chain link fence. The tombstones were arranged flat on the ground on
a bed of wood chips, with all broken pieces lying together. A wide flagstone
path goes from the road to the center of the tombstone area. Thanks to
whomever invested time and money to salvage these stones.
