The Cape Cod Cottage 1681 - 1715 located in Quincy, Massachusetts is the birthplace of John Quincy Adams, the sixth president of the United States. When looking at the house from the front, the birthplace of John Adams, his father is located right next the house on the right. Both houses are built with the same structure and facing different directions. John Quincy Adam's house was built by Samuel Belcher in 1663 and was a home passed throughout the Adam's Family. John Quincy Adam was born at the home to John and Abigail Adams in 1767. The Cape Cod Cottage was were Abigail would write her famous letters to her husband John, and where John Quincy Adams drafted his the Constitution of Massachusetts. The house is now part of the National Park Service in Adams National Historic Park in Quincy.

By WPA PA probably in 1930s. Set was in the education museum of M.S.T.C., probably on the Campus Elementary School which is now called the Retan Center, until transferred to Warren L. MIller Elementary School after it was built in 1972. Most recent location was in WLM school library.
