Attached are 2 photos which show a flagholder I found while reading stones in Union Cemetery, Franklin County, Columbus, Ohio.  After checking the initials with google, I believe it stands for Ladies Auxiliary to the Order of Railway Conductors.  Wikipedia indicates the Order of Railway Conductors was initially called the Conductors Brotherhood which you do have listed on your site (http://www.joycetice.com/flaghold/flag022.htm).
