Last Will and Testament of Silas Hall Deceased,
Ralburn Kennedy Executor.
Sept. 7, 1886, This day was presented an instrument in writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Silas Hall deceased as follows:
I Silas Hall of the Township of Richmond in the County of Tioga and State of Pennsylvania, being in failing health, I deem it but wise to make my last will and testament while I am in possession of my mental faculties and fully competent for that purpose and therefore do make and publish this my last will and testament as follows:
I give bequeath and devise to my wife Jane Hall the use of all my estate both personal & real for her support for and during the term of her natural life and at her death I give and bequeath to my son Wm. A. Hall the sum of one hundred dollars and to my son George S. Hall I give and bequeath the sum of two hundred dollars and I give and bequeath to my daughter Martha J. Kennedy the sum of two hundred dollars.
The residue or balance of my estate after paying the aforenamed legacies I give bequeath and devise to three of my children to wit; George S. Hall, Martha J. Kennedy, Millicent A. McConnell wife of Justus McConnell.
I nominate and appoint my son in law Ralburn Kennedy Exector of this last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal the 13th day of May 1886.
I further will and direct that in case the said Ralburn Kennedy does not accept the said executorship & act as such or accepts and dies or assigns before fully administering upon my said estate, I nominate & appoint my son George S. Hall as executor of this my said will and testament.

The above and foregoing writing was signed and sealed by the above named Silas Hall and by him published and declared as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names in his presence and in the presence of each other, the day and year aforesaid.

This day before one Geo. C. Bowen Register for the probate of wills and granting letters of administration in and for the County aforesaid personally came before Mark King and Henry Allen the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will, who being duly sworn according to law, do say that they were present and saw and hear Silas Hall the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament, and that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief. That said deponents signed their names as witnesses thereto, at the request of the testator in his presence, and in the presence of each other,
Sworn and Subscribed before me this 7th day of Sept. 1886, Mark King, Henry Allen,

And now Sept. 7, 1886, the foregoing will is adjudged to be duly proved as required by law and is recorded filed & decreed to be a valid will & of force & effect as such. Geo. C. Bowen, Register.
Same day Letters Testamentary common form on the foregoing will were granted to Ralburn Kennedy the executor named therein, he having first been duly sworn as required by law and filed an affidavit showing that said decedent died at his residence in said Twp., of Richmond on the 22nd day of August 1886.
Sept. 15, 1886, Inventory filed amounting to 623.66.
July 13, 1887, Final account of Ex. Examined, passed & filed
February 1, 1894, Second and final account of the Executor examined,
passed and filed.
