Estate of James Soper Deceased. Francis Kelley, Administrator.

No. 5317 Register¹s Office. March 10, 1911.

This day letters of Administration upon the estate of James Soper, late of Covington Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, deceased, were granted to Francis Kelley he first having been duly sworn as required by law and filed an affifavit showing that said decendent? died at the home of Rose Webster in Covington Township, on or about Monday, February 27, 1911, at 4:30 a.m. Also filed the renunciation of Mary [Campbell] Soper widow, and J. J. Soper son of said decedent, requesting his appointment. March 10, 1911. Bond filed in the sum of Two Hundred dollars, signed by Francis Kelley. F.H. Rockwell and R.D. Jones. March 16, 1911. General Inventory filed accounting to $123.25. April 15, 1911. Vendue List filed accounting to $149.39. June 1, 1911. The first and final account of the Administrator examined, passed, and filed. June 1, 1911. Filed notice of Mary Soper, widow, that she elect to take her widows enumeration of Three Hundred Dollars out of real estate.
