I Zina Beeman of the township of Pike, county of Bradford, State of Pennsylvania do make and publish this, my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say:
I give devise and bequeath unto James Gorham, his heirs and assigns forever, all my property real, personal and mist (missed?) of what nature or kind so ever and where so ever the same may be found at the time of my death.
In witness whereof, I the said Zina Beeman, have set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty seven.
Signed, sealed and delivered by the above named Zina Beeman as his
last will and testament in the presents (sic) of us who at his request
and in his presents (sic) have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
