Last Will & Testament 320 of Ezekehel Burt

I Ezekehel Burt of the Township of Springfield and County of Bradford do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time and to Caleb S. Burt providing he will settle all demands now against said farm and pay in them yearly after my decease, pay to Jarvis P. Burt without Interest the sum of fifty dollars to Julia Ann Chan the sum of twenty five dollars and to Hannah Stacy the sum of Twenty five dollars, all my farm Cattle, Sheep, hogs and hay, grain loan property I will to Caleb S. Burt.
I Ezekehel Burt the testator have this my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this six day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight.

Caleb S. Burt 320 Administration with will annex  of Ezekehel Burt Dec'd.
In conformity with the foregoing will, Letters of Administration with the will granted on the Estate of Ezekehel Burt deceased to Caleb S. Burt he having first given security and been duly sworn well and truly to administer said Estate according to law, given under the hand & seal of the Registers office at Towanda Feb12, 1839.
