Last Will and Testament of WILLIAM LLOYD, Deceased

Rachel LLOYD, Administatrix.

No. 5279. Register’s Office, December 7, 1910. This day was presented an instrument of writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of WILLIAM LLOYD, late of Blossburg, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, deceased as follows, viz:

Will of WILLIAM LLOYD. Dated February 24, 1909.

I hereby will and bequeath my property as follows:

First that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as possible after my death.

Second, that my beloved wife RACHEL LLOYD shall have all my property consisting of two houses and lots situated in the Boro of Blossburg, County of Tioga, State of Pennsylvania, also six hundred acres of coal and timber land situated in Hamilton Township, County of Tioga, State of Pennsylvania, also my household goods and all goods and chattels not herein mentioned. She shall have the right to work the coal land, to cut the timber and dispose of them as she sees best.

She shall have the right to collect all Bills, notes and obligations due me. She shall have the right to hold, retain or to sell and dispose of them in as full free and large a manner as I myself could do were I alive. To have and to hold during her life time and to dispose of at her death as she may deem best to divide among my children, David John LLOYD, William D. LLOYD, Joseph LLOYD, Benjamin I. LLOYD, Leah Lloyd BOWEN, Mary Lloyd MECUM, according as will please her. She to be her own administratrix and choose her own legal and business advisors.

Witness Signed sealed and delivered by the above named William LLOYD as and witness for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witness thereto:

Sworn and Subscribed before me, this 7th day of Dec. 1910.

Same day affidavit filed showing that said decedent died at his residence on or about Wednesday, November 30, 1910, at 9:45 p.m.

January 10, 1911. Letters of Administration upon the estate of said decedent were granted to Rachel LLOYD the Administratrix named in said will, she first having been duly sworn as required by law. January 10, 1911, Bond filed in the sum of Five Hundred dollars signed by Rachel LLOYD, David M. BOWEN, and B. P. MECUM.
