Mary Jane Harvey (1851-1928) was first married to Asa Jackson with whom she had a family, and second, she was married - in 1900 - to Thomas Francis Morgan (T.F.) (1849-1928) whose first wife was Alice Rosa. Many of the people in this diary are daughters and sons of Mary Jane and T.F., as well as various siblings, in-laws, grandchildren, etc. T.F.'s son, Ray Morgan, married in 1915 Mary Jane's granddaughter, Evina Jackson.
