Chemung County, New York on west bank of creek north of Rosstown. Site
visited June 1989 by J. Kelsey Jones and Nelda Holton.
CONKLIN Lucy Conklin d. ________ 8, 18__ aged 76 years.
Footmarker, L. C.
Notes of Arthemese Denny relate that Joshua Conklin died
Apr 1868 and his wife, Lucy died Feb 1879. Only a portion of Lucy’s marker
remains and a few other broken pieces of markers are scattered about that
are illegible. J. Kelsey Jones.
