KINSLEY –BEULAH K. WILLEY, 86, widow of Leland K. Willey, of 209 Pine St., Towanda, died Saturday afternoon, Jan. 8, 1994, at Memorial Hospital, Towanda.  Born Jan. 25, 19077, in Sullivan County, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd W. and Viola Henley Kinsley.  Beulah’s family moved to the Liberty Corners area in 1912, and she attended the Towanda Area Schools.  On Jan. 11, 1926, she married Leland K. Willey in Williamsport, Pa.  Mr. and Mrs. Willey’s first home together was in Canton.  They later moved to Towanda and resided most of their years at 209 Pine St.  Mr. and Mrs. Wiley were both very active in the Towanda community for many years.  Together, they operated the Keystone Auto Body Shop in Towanda for 35 years, with Beulah at her husband’s side performing the office duties.  Beulah enjoyed the outdoors, walking, and her many nieces and nephews.  She was a very quiet, soft spoken person who was always very considerate of others and possessed a warm smile and a pleasant manner that her many friends will long remember.  She was a member of the Towanda United Methodist Church for many years and also belonged to various bridge clubs.  Her husband, Leland, preceded her in death on May 22, 1980.  Surviving are: two sisters, Ethel Rundell and Elizabeth Millard, both of Newport Richey, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Myrtle Kinsley of Towanda; numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; along with her many friends.  In addition to her husband, the was also preceded in death by her father, Lloyd W. Kinsley, on May 29, 1954; her mother, Viola Kinsley, on Feb. 9, 1984; two sisters, Edith Depew on May 11, 1968, and Jennie Card on July 21, 1991; three brothers, Robert Kinsley on March 22, 1970, Earl Kinsley on May 30, 1984, and Franklin Kinsley on Jan. 23, 1992.  A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 11, 1994, at the Maryott-Bowen Funeral Home, 217 York Ave., Towanda with her pastor, the Rev. George Nesbitt, officiating.  Interment will be in the Willey family cemetery in Franklindale, at a later date.  The family suggests that memorials may be directed to the United Methodist Home for Children, Box 348, Mechanicsburg, Pa. in Beulah K. Willey’s memory.  –Towanda Daily Review
