Joyce's Search Tip - December 2007 -
Do You Know that you can search just the Bradford County Cemetery Records on the site by using the Cemeteries -Bradford button in the Partitioned search engine at the bottom of the Current What's New Page? If you use that partition follow these steps to search just one cemetery
1. Choose Cemeteries - Bradford.
2. Enter part of the cemetery name [ie Ballard or Berrytown] AND a surname.
3. Choose the Find ALL Words option. Then it will find just the pages with that surname in the one cemetery you indicated.

Hi Joyce:
Love your website.  This senior citizen is learning history.
Just a couple of website questions re: http://www.joycetice.com/cemb/ulster09.htm
Is it possible that a typo occurred in the cemetery posting for Leroy A Wilber, p. 9, in the Ulster Cemetery?  In the 1770 census he's listed as the son of Samuel and Nancy Wilber, age 19.  But here he's listed as having died on June 5, 1858.  I'm thinking  it's more likely that he died June 5, 1885.
Also, I was assuming that "D.S." in the occupation column means "domestic service."  In 1870 might it mean "disabled soldier?"  Both Leroy and Samuel have this designation, as do several other Wilbers in the 1870 U.S. census.
Thanks for all you do.
Gloria Wilber Fearn
