Note from Joyce M. Tice - The Brace Cemetery had a very ornate and beautiful gate. Unfortunately in recent times, people living near the cemetery sold it to an antique dealer as these old gates have very high dollar value. Fortunately, a direct descendant of the Brace Family ran across it and purchased it from the dealer. He gave her a better price because she was a descendant. It now rests in her garden, in New York State. It can not be returned to the place where it belongs because it will just be put on the market again for strangers who do not cherish it as it should be cherished.

2025 - There has been another cange in the status of the gate because of the death of the owners. It is safe, but I am not divulging the location.
