Reed Zimmer’s identification of individuals:
Meade Leonard Zimmer’s farm: E.C Howell, owner of the hay press and
steam engine, Elmer Whitney (nickname Joe Riley for some odd reason), Meade’s
hired man and also his friend, probably Lym Whitney’s brother), Henry Davis,
Meade’s next door neighbor, Meade at the age of 23. This was taken
the year after Meade bought the farm and his wife Myrl Eva Bowen, daughter
of John L. Bowen and Helen L. Walker, took the picture.

I trolled around on your site for a couple of hours today. I found
a picture of the Zimmer farm. Just to put things in perspective for
you, M. L. Zimmer is Meade Leonard Zimmer, 1887-1971, son of Elisha B.
Zimmer and Josephine Martin, whom you will find in the family file I sent
you today. The Zimmer Century Tree Farm is operated by Reed Zimmer
in Covington today. Reed is Meade's grandson. So, maybe you
can take the pictures I sent you earlier today and tie them in with this
one?
Here is the caption you have on the site:

Simerson. Vern Hall, Fred Muncas, Charles Bliss, Robert Kelley and Bert

The dog may be the famous butter churning dog.
