Joyce,
I came accross your site while looking for information on the CPS (Civilian Public Service) camp  number 46 that was at Big Flats during WWII.  The camp housed Conscientious Objectors, such as Quakers, who performed alternative service. My father-in-law was at the camp for a while an gave me a copy of the directory of those who were assigned there in June 1945.  The list contains 114 names, with info on where they were from, maritial, education, employement status and religious affiliation.
