Cross Trail Restaurant Menu, Mansfield PA. Sent by Susan MacBlane of Blossburg 2013. This is Cheesman's X-Trail on South Main Steet, not the one that was later called The New X-Trail on West Wellsboro Street. Chester P. Bailey (1912-2015) remembered that Mrs. Cheesman made the best chocolate cake ever and there was nothing he loved more after school than a piece of that cake. The Cheesman's sold out to Ernie Vosburg in the 1940s who named the business, the Mansfield Restaurant. Still later the Anotonios ran it as the Dutch Pantry.
