Dairy Store - 6 East Wellsboro Street, Mansfield PA
The Dairy Store was located in the northeast corner of the 1874 bank building. It opened on East Wellsboro Street and was right next to Hoard Alley. It was a popular after school stop for high school and college students. Dorothy M. English Sours and her huband Virgil A. Sours, and their daughter Shirley Sours Beagle were the operators.
Menu includes Jumbo Milkshakes, Soda, Sundaes, Soft Drinks, Sandwiches, and Hot Chocolate

Sours' Dairy Store Must Move
[Dorothy English Sours (SRGP 82568)]
The First National Bank finds it necessary to expand their bookkeeping facilities. Therefore, on May 31, the Sour's Dairy Store of Mansfield must move. Mr. Sours reports that they are now looking for a suitable location and hope to be able to continue their long period of service to Mansfield.
Maxine Smith Mills found this little treasure and donated it to the History Center.
