Eleanor, Queen of Castile, lived from 1162 to 1214. On October 13, 2008 we publish a few generations of her famly history in Ahnentafel Format to commemorate the 846th anniversary of her birth. [Ahnentafel lists a person as number one - father as double that number and mother as double plus one.]

Eleanor was born 1122 in Aquitaine, France. She married Louis VII King of France 25 JUL 1137. Divorced 18 MAR 1152 on basis of consanguinity. Eleanor later married Henry who was even more closely related to her.
