In July 2003, the current owner of the school building had decided to tear the old school building down. It was a sad day for many folks to see the school torn down. There are many residents of this area who had fond memories while attending the school. My sister-in-law, Marlene Benjamin took this and other photos of the demolition. It is unknown why the owner tore it down. Thank you, Susan Miller
