Mansfield State Normal School, Tioga County PA 1925

This is a photo of my aunt, Leona G. Tiffany being taken to
Mansfield college by my uncle, Louis T. Powers.
They were coming from Hop Bottom (Susquehanna CO )
to Mansfield on Sept 8, 1925.
She taught school in Susquehanna CO for several years.

The people who graduated from "the Norm" became
the teachers in the little one room rural schools
represented in this collection.
