I am attaching another treasured photo, taken in 1892, of the Cook Family,
of Potterville. Cyrus Cook, and his wife, Caroline Ellsworth, are seated
in the center, their four sons stand behind them, and their daughters-in-law
sit beside them. The woman on the left, Sarah Cook, and the gentleman on
the right, Oliver Cook, are my husband's great-Grandparents. This photo
was given to us by our cousin, Kathy Manchester Jones - Deed Eddy

Standing left to right:
Ralph Cook, Avery C. Cook, Joel D. Cook, Oliver E. Cook. All are
sons of Cyrus and Caroline Cook.
Seated left to right:
Sarah LENT Cook (wife of Oliver), Addie CRAWFORD Cook (wife of Ralph),
Cyrus Cook, Caroline ELLSWORTH Cook, Rhoda UPTON Cook (wife of Joel),
and Augusta DARLING Cook (wife of Avery).

Dear Joyce,
That was fast! I was so pleased to see The Cook Family of Potterville
up on the website this morning. I realize that I forgot to mention Caroline's
maiden name, which is Ellsworth. She is the daughter of Oliver and Mary
Keith Ellsworth, who came to Orwell from Connecticut.
Thanks again for putting this all together,

Wife of Joel D Cook is Rhoda Upson. He married
two Upson sisters - see the Upson genealogy for descendents.
I also have a connection to Carolina Ellsworth Cook, if Worldconnect is
to be believed. She is part of the Hull family through Oliver-Charles-Charles-Samuel-Martha
Gaylord-Elizabeth Hull-George Hull and Thamzen Mitchell.
In the 1850 census, Cyrus also had a daughter Emma age 1. Presumably she
died before this picture was taken.

and saw Thomas Koch's comment.
I have the original photograph and on the back it says, "Mr. and Mrs.
Cyrus Cook and their sons and son's wives taken since death of their daughter
Mrs. George Stocking, Wahoo, Neb." Mrs. George Stocking (Emma Cook)
died 17 Jul 1892 in Wahoo, NE.
