Dewey lived 1858 to 1887. This is one of his later photos becuase it is
dated the year of his death. Dewey was succeeded by F.
M. Spencer formerly of Mansfield
Orrin Emery DEWEY was born 23 Dec 1858 in Sullivan Townshuip,
Tioga County PA, son of Lorena RUMSEY and Jamews DEWEY. In 1886 he married
Mayme TOMLINSON. He died 22 NOV 1887 in Troy and is buried in Mansfield's
