JOHN A.
GABRIELLI, age 91 of Elmira, NY passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016 at
the Chemung County Nursing Facility. He was born March 31, 1924 in
Susquehanna, PA, son of the late Americo and Elena (DeAngelis) Gabrielli. In
addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son-in-law John (Joe)
Waite; sister and brother-in-law Virginia and Philip Alexander;
brother-in-law Tony Prince and sister-in-law Enid Funck. He is survived by
his loving wife of 66 years, Audrey (Prince) Gabrielli of Elmira; daughter
Linda Gabrielli Waite of Horseheads; brother Joseph (Jean) Gabrielli of PA;
brothers-in-law Peter (Pat) Prince of England and Jim Funck of WI;
sisters-in-law Linda Prince of England and Barbara (Manfred) Best of Germany
along with many nieces and nephews. John retired from American LaFrance. He
served his country for seven years in the U. S. Air Force, where he was
stationed in England during WWII. Family and friends are invited to visit
Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on
Wednesday, February 24th from 2 to 4 pm. Prayers will be offered there on
Thursday, February 25th at 10:30 am, followed by his Mass of Christian
Burial at 11 am in St. Mary's Church. Committal prayers and interment will
follow in St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may

GALLAVAN John E. Gallavan
Elmira: Age 88, died Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at Elcor Health Services. John was born September 6, 1923, the son of Edward P. and Katherine (Regan) Gallavan. He is predeceased by his wife Marilyn (Taft) Gallavan. John is survived by his step-children, Deborah L. Cheyne, Baldwinsville NY; Richard W. (Tamara) Carroll, Jr., Horseheads; Kenneth T. (April Thiel) Carroll, Elmira; nephews, Tim Bermingham, Fishkill NY; John Bermingham, Elmira; Phillip Bermingham, Elmira; and Paul (Gail) Bermingham, Leominster MA; along with several cousins. John was retired from the railroad after nearly 37 years of service… 30 years with Lehigh Valley and 6 ½ years with Conrail. He was a member of the Transportation Communications International Union for over 50 years. John was also a member of the Msgr. John J. Lee Division of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and a long time communicant of St. Mary's Church, Elmira. GALVIN - GRADY, Mary Ann
Age 82, of Elmira, died Sunday, January 4, 2009 at St. Joseph's Hospital - SNF. Mary Ann was born January 3, 1927, the daughter of Thomas and Mary Cain Galvin. She is predeceased by her brother John Mark Galvin. Mary Ann is survived by her loving husband of 58 years Charles H. Grady of Elmira; sisters-in-law Lucy Galvin of Elmira and Ruth Grady Conklin of Delray Beach, FL; along with several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Mary Ann was an executive secretary. Over the course of her career she worked for various companies in the Elmira area. Mary Ann loved traveling with her husband. She was a long time communicant of St. Patrick's Church. Lottie A. (Gardner) died on Friday, September 16, 2005. She was born May 4,
1918 the daughter of the late William S. and Addie Terry Gardner in Burdett,
NY. Long time waitress at Pierce's and Moretti's Restaurant, owner of Lake
Street Fabrics, and operator of Serendipity Antique Shop. She is survived by
her daughters, Winnie (Harold) Watts of Elmira, Loretta (Bud) McKeehan of
Elizabethtown, TN; 11 grandchildren, including Michael Watts (Vicki Rachel),
Mark and Kathy Watts, Barbara and Tim Miller, Charlene Watts (Dan Decker); 18
great-grandchildren, including Sgt. Anthony Popkin, Lottie Mae Watts, Nathan Watts,
and Gemma Decker; two great-great-grandchildren. Lottie was predeceased by her
husband, Joseph Chido in 1965; son, Wilfred Gardner in 1979; and seven brothers
and two sisters. Her sharp wit and great spirit will be missed by all. Longtime
member of St. Mary's Parish (Elmira Southside) and Ladies of Charity. Donations

Margaret G. Age 94 of Elmira, died Wednesday, August 15, 2001 at Woodbrook.
Margaret was born September 5, 1906, daughter of Fred and Carrie Kasper
Gardner. She was predeceased by her husband Daniel H. Manning; son Daniel F.
Manning and grandson, Daniel J. Manning. Margaret is survived by her daughter, Mary
Alice Clark of Elmira with husband Fritz and children, Fred (Jeanne) Clark,
Gerald (Kristen) Clark, Thomas (Mary Teresa) Clark, Mary Margaret (William)
Vosburgh, Barbara (Howard) Hadley, Ann (David) Lee and Patrick (Martha) Clark;
and son, Thomas Manning of. Elmira with wife Maxine and children, Theresa
(Steve) Woodworth, Thomas Manning, Donna (Paul) Steinhilper, David Manning and
Michael Manning; daughter-in-law, Alice Manning of Pine City with children,
Patricia (Michael) Marshall, Steven (Mary Jo) Manning, Joseph (Laura) Manning,
Michele Manning, John (Lisa) Manning and daughter-in-law, Nancy Manning; along
with forty-one great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters-in-law, Ruth
Manning, Catherine Manning, Angeline Manning and Margaret Gardner and
brothers-in-law, Raymond Manning and Walter Marble; along with several nieces,

GARDNER MARION A. GATES
Marion A. Formerly of Carpenter Apartments, Elmira died Saturday evening, June
24, 2006 at St. Joseph's Hospital following an illness at the age of 88. Born
on January 29, 1918 in Elmira, Marion was the daughter of Theron & Margaret
Ross Gardner. She was married to George W. Gates in 1939 and he predeceased her
in 1969. Marion was employed for many years at St. Joseph's Hospital in central
service. Devoted to her home and family, she took enjoyment in crafts and sewing.
Surviving is her loving family, a daughter and son-in-law, Anna & Robert
Yanowiak, Elmira; a son and daughter-in-law, Vincent & Twyla Gates, Seattle
WA; six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition
to her parents and husband, Marion was predeceased by a sister and four
brothers. Family and friends will be received at Caywood's Funeral Home &
Gardens, 1126 Broadway, Southport on Tuesday, June 27, 2006 between the hours
of 6–8 p.m. A Wednesday morning prayer service will be held at Caywood's at
9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Peter & Paul's
Church, 161 High St. Elmira at 10 a.m. Graveside services will follow in St.
Peter & Paul's Cemetery.
GARRITY MARION A. BURGEY
Marion A. Of Elmira NY, died Friday, June 23, 2006 at the Arnot Ogden Medical
Center. Marion was born in Elmira, a daughter of the late Thomas and Marie
(Kromer) Garrity. She was predeceased by her husband William J. Burgey and
sister Ann Rother. Marion is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Annette and
Jack Bjorvand of Kristiansand, Norway; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and
Diann Burgey of Elmira, Joseph and Gail Burgey of Easton PA, Timothy Burgey of
Corning and Debbie Burgey of Elmira, Steven Burgey of Elmira; sisters, Virginia
Hilfiger of Elmira, Isabelle Brick of Eden NY, Rose Alice (Earl) Kirbis of
Tonawanda NY and Jane (Gordon) Logsdon of New Mexico; 14 grandchildren; several
great grandchildren; special cousin, Ann Kromer; special friend, Mary Anne
Haverley; along with several nieces and nephews. Marion was a 1941 graduate of
the Arnot Ogden School of Nursing. She enlisted in the US Army in 1943 and
served in England during World War II. Marion retired from the Arnot Ogden
Medical Center after many years of service. She was a long time communicant of
Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Marion was an avid gardener and loved to paint.
Because of family members being out of the country, services will be held next

Walnut Streets, on Wednesday, July 5, 2006 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Mass
of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church on Thursday,

GATES Anna M. Yanowiak
Elmira: A lifelong resident of Elmira died Wednesday
morning, June 29, 2011 at Arnot-Ogden Medical Center at the age of 68 following
a battle with cancer. Born on October 15, 1942 in Elmira, Anna was the daughter
of the late, George W. & Marion A. Gardner Gates. She was married to Robert
A. Yanowiak at St. John's Church, in Elmira on April 20, 1963. Anna was
employed by the Elmira City School District for many years and worked in the
Cafeteria in various positions. Devoted to her home and family, she took
enjoyment in quilting and sewing. Surviving is her loving family, husband of 48
years, Robert Yanowiak Sr.; their children, Robert Yanowiak Jr., Lodi; Tina
(Scott) Kapral, Manlius; Christa (Randy) Nellis, Corning; Paul (Holly)
Yanowiak, Rochester; five grandchildren, Kyle, Chelsea, Devin, Caden and
Seaver; brother, Vincent (Twyla) Gates, Seattle, WA; nephews, Michael and
Daniel Gates. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, July 1,
2011 at St. Peter & Paul's Church, 161 High St. Elmira, at 9:30 am. Burial
will take place in St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery at the fam0ily's

GATES - MILAZZO Dorothy Irene
Loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother - Was born November 19, 1920 in Springfield
Township, PA, the daughter of the late Frank C. and Jennie Belle (Berry) Gates,
went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, January 2, 2010, at the Chemung
County Nursing Facility at the age of 89. A Prayer Service will be held at the
Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport, NY on
Tuesday, January 5th, at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in
St. Mary's Church, 224 Franklin Street, Elmira. The Reverend Jeffery Tunnicliff
will celebrate Dorothy's Mass. Interment will follow in St. Peter & Paul's
Cemetery where Father Tunnicliff will conduct the committal prayers. The family

GATES Joseph F. Gates
Of Elmira, NY, entered into rest October 15, 2010. Husband of the late Mary C.
Gates. Son of Francis and Dorothy Gates who preceded him. Loving father of
Suzanne (Jessie) Gates, Sharon Gates, Michael (Renee) Gates, Karen (John)
Adams, David (Debbie) Gates; brother of Robert (Joanne) Gates; loving
grandfather of numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren. Special uncle and
friend to many. At Joe's request, there will be no calling hours. A Mass of

GEE Harold
Formerly of Elmira, NY died
on February 26, 2010 in Hudson, Florida. He was born Dec. 27, 1912 in Woodhull,
New York, the youngest of four children of Rush Bailey Gee and Olive Frances
Hallinan. His early years were spent on the family's dairy farm until they
moved to Elmira where Harold graduated from Southside High School in 1931.
Harold married Phyllis M Parsons on Jul 16, 1938 at St Mary's Church, Elmira
and they were graced with 54 years of marriage before her passing in 1993. At
age 82 he was blessed to find love a second time and married Mary Stephens
Burns on Oct. 14, 1995 at St Bernadette Church in Randolph, MA. Harold retired
in 1972 from the Elmira Reformatory after 35 years of service as a Corrections
Officer; he spent his golden years traveling between Elmira, NY; Randolph, MA
and Port Richey, FL where the Gee's were longtime residents of Senate Manor
Estates. He was an avid fisherman and spent many summers at the family cottage
which he built himself on Seneca Lake. He was an accomplished carpenter,
gardener, loved to travel and was an award winning amateur photographer. He
loved sports and you could often find him on the golf course or in the
clubhouse playing cards, where he always came out a winner. In addition to his
wife Phyllis, Harold was predeceased by his sister, Florence Lemberg (1979),
brothers, Thomas who died as an infant in 1906 and Homer (1966). He will be
greatly missed and remembered by his widow Mary of Hudson, FL; daughter and son
in law Carol and Jim Bramble of Horseheads, NY and Port Richey, FL; son, Norman
of Penn Yan, NY; grandchildren Jim Bramble, Tampa, FL; Michael Bramble,
Palmyra, NY; David Bramble, Elmira Heights, NY, Brian Bramble, Avon, NY; great
grandchildren, Joshua Mahler and Steven Bramble, both of Elmira. Family and friends
are invited to call on Sunday, March 7th from 2 to 4 p.m. at the James D.

Age 66, of Elmira Heights, died on Friday, August 21, 2009 at home with her
loving family by her side. She was born on March 18, 1943 in Elmira, NY to the
late Thomas and Mildred (Zappie) Genovese. Fannie was predeceased by her
sister, Rachael Zelko. Survivors include her children, Robert Bonyak II of
Elmira Heights, Karen Bonyak of Elmira Heights, Thomas (Amy) Bonyak of
Horseheads, Scott (Stacey) Bonyak of Erin and David Bonyak of Horseheads;
grandchildren, Kaila, Kyle, Mackenzie, Ryan and Kennedy Bonyak and Alexis
Zimmer; brother, Peter Genovese of Watkins Glen; sister, Lena (John) Corsaro of
Elmira Heights; brother-in-law, William Zelko of Elmira Heights; companion,
John Matkosky; along with several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass for
Fannie will be held on Wednesday, August 26th at 10 AM in St. Charles Borromeo
Church with Father Jeremiah Moynihan as celebrant. Interment will follow in St.

Age 77, of Elmira Heights, NY, died
on Saturday, November 27, 2010, at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. He was born
on December 21, 1932 in Dunkirk, NY to the late Thomas and Mildred (Zappie)
Genovese. Peter was predeceased by his sisters, Rachel Zelko and Fannie Bonyak.
He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Lena and John Corsaro of
Elmira Heights; along with several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are
invited to call on Tuesday, November 30th, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the James D.
Barrett Funeral Home. A Prayer Service will be held there on Wednesday,

Age 43, of Margate FL died on Thursday, September 8, 2011
at Northwest Regional Medical Center in Margate. He was a son of Eleanor S.
Parda Genung of Elmira and the late Charles R. Genung. In addition to his
mother he is survived by brother and sister-in-law, Gregory W. and Laura Warren
of Southwest Branches FL with their children Gina M. and Lance G. Warren; aunt
Mary Lienhart of Madison CT with son Robbie of London England; special cousin
Kelly Jo Sambrook of East Greenbush NY with her husband Bryan and their
children Meghan (Chuck's goddaughter) and Brenna Sambrook; former wife Adriana
and her daughter Athena Araujo of Coral Springs FL; canine companion Max; along
with a host of good friends in both Florida and New York. Chuck was also
predeceased by aunt and uncles, Barbara J. and Joseph E. Murphy and Robert
Lienhart. Chuck was a graduate of Notre Dame High School, class of 1986. He
then went on to Arnot Ogden School of Radiological Technology graduating in
1990. Chuck moved to Florida and worked for 20 years at Boca Rotan Community

GENUNG Doris M. [Genung] Nelson
Age 75, of Elmira, NY. She was born on December 14, 1934 in Elmira, daughter of
the late Ward and Ada Dorothy (Pine) Genung, and peacefully died
on Friday, October 8, 2010 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was predeceased
in 2005 by her husband of 48 years, James. Survived by daughter Kathleen; son
and daughter-in-law Daniel and Shelli, with daughter Logan Rachel, all of
Elmira; sister-in-law Mary Nelson of Elmira Heights; along with several nieces,
nephews, cousins and Shelli's parents Richard and Theo Johnson. Doris is also
survived by many special and dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was
predeceased by her mother and father-in-law Genevieve and Pat Nelson; sisters
and brothers-in-laws Florence and Edward Mathews, Marjorie Tower, Louise and
James Graham, Irene and Wilber Smith and Tex Nelson. Doris was employed as a
legal secretary at the Sales and Evans and Ziff, Weiermiller, Learned, Hayden
and Reilly law firms, retiring from the City of Elmira Police Department Traffic
and Records Bureau. Doris spent many years working alongside her husband Jim
with the Elmira Small Fry, Huck Finn Little League, and Louie's League T-Ball
youth sports programs. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially
her granddaughter, Logan Rachel, the light of her life. She was a communicant
of Blessed Sacrament Parish. Her family would like to extend a special thank
you to her Intensive Care Unit nurses, Jenny and Deanna, at Arnot Ogden Medical

GERNERT - FULLER, HAZEL, Services for Hazel Gernert Fuller, 82, of Chemung County Nursing Facility, were held May 2 at the Don Kalec Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian burial in Sts. Virginia Gerrity "Ginny" Age 81, of Elmira, died at her home, Sunday,
November 5, 2006. Ginny was born in Elmira on July 16, 1925, a daughter of
Thomas and Marie Kromer Gerrity. She is predeceased by her husband Richard; son
Billy and sisters, Ann Rother and Marion Burgey. Ginny is survived by her
children, Kathleen Hilfiger of Elmira; Susie Clapp of Woodbury, CT; Betsy
Hilfiger of NYC; Marie Triehaft of Denver, CO, with husband Marc; Ginny Mahl of
NYC, with husband Chris; Tommy Hilfiger of NYC, Bobby Hilfiger of New Windsor,
NY, with wife JoAnn; and Andrew Hilfiger of Larchmont, NY with wife Kimberly;
daughter-in-law Karla Hilfiger of NYC; many grandchildren; one great-grandson;
sisters and brothers-in-law, Rose Alice and Earl Kirbis of Tonawanda, NY, Jane
and Gordon Logsdon of New Mexico; and Isabelle Brick of Eden, NY; along with
many nieces and nephews. Ginny was the definition of what a mother should be,
selfless, loving and non-judgmental. She and her husband Richard raised nine
children and she was a "mother" to countless others throughout her
life. Ginny truly loved her many years of service as a registered nurse at
Arnot Ogden Medical Center. After retiring she continued at the hospital as a
volunteer. Ginny was a committed parishioner at St. Patrick's Church and
fulfilled her love for music by singing in the church choir. Everyone who knew
her will miss her gentle spirit, kind ways and beautiful smile. Friends are invited
to a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, November 9, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at St.
Patrick's Church. Interment will follow at St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery. In

husband, Michael in 1985; and six brothers. She is survived by her daughters

GIAMMICHELE Nicholas Jr. "Gingo", Age
79, of 9420 Legend Lane, Port Richey, FL. He lived in Elmira, NY, all his life
and moved to Port Richey, Florida in 1981. died Monday, April 28, 2008 in
Florida. He went on to be with the Lord and his loving family. He was born in
Elmira, NY, January 11, 1929, son of Nicola and Rose (D'Addamio) Giammichele
who predeceased him. He was a devout Catholic and a member of St. Anthony's
Church, Elmira. Nick retired from the Erie/Conrail Railroad, was a life member
of the IAV and the Eagles Club, an avid bowler and a veteran of the US Navy,
Korean War. He started the little league in Elmira, because he loved kids. He
is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 48 years, Mildred
Giammichele. I will miss my husband, Nick, who was a great husband and
provider, the best Dad. He gave us the best life any child or wife could dream
of. Survived by his children, Suzanne and Gary Mitchell of Port Richey, FL,
Margaret and Craig Charron of Elmira, NY, and son, Erwin Brackin who

Formerly of Elmira, residing in Myrtle Beach, SC died at
his home following declining health at the age of 80 on Friday, July 1, 2011.
Born on October 26, 1930 in Elmira, Les was the son of the Late Franklin E. and
Rachael A. Lattin Gilbert. Les married Antoinette M. Mazzaraco on July 28,
1956. In serving his country, he enlisted in the US Air force. Les retired from
Corning Inc. in 1987. He was a communicant of St. Mary's Church, and a member
of St. Andrew Church in Myrtle Beach. He was a member of the Elmira and Myrtle
Beach Elks. He played basketball for the U.S.A.F. He pitched fast pitch
softball until he was 55 years old, and was an avid golfer. Surviving is his
loving family, wife and companion of 54 years, Antoinette M. "Ann"
Gilbert, Myrtle Beach, SC; daughter, Kathleen M. McDermott, husband David;
grandsons, Cameron and Connor McDermott; sisters, Sylvia Liotino, husband Vito;
Jackie Minotti husband, Vincent; Donna Minch, Mildred Weaver, Janet Ussleman,

Age 84, formerly of Elmira, died Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Elcor Health
Services, Horseheads. Ed was born March 14, 1925, son of Justin and Julia
Cowley Gill. Surviving are cousins, Jack and Marcia Reidy, Art and Marion Gill,
Gert Gill, Lola O'Dell, Helen Roe all of Corning NY, Norm and Nancy Foster of

GILMORE -SYLVIA M. LEGGETT of Towanda, PA went
peacefully home to the Lord on June 29, 2019 at the Guthrie Towanda Personal
Care Home. Sylvia was born on Sept. 8, 1930, in Elizabeth, NJ to Charles and
Esther Gilmore. Sylvia was a secretary for many years in Elmira, NY where
she resided. She was a beloved mother to her children and a loving, generous
friend to many. Her great-grandchildren and grandchildren brought much joy.
After retiring, she enjoyed volunteering at Catholic Charities, knitting
hats and gloves for the needy, and making Christmas ornaments for her church
food baskets every year. She was also well-known for her lovely, handmade
bulletin boards on the third floor of her apartment building. Over the years
many residents and visitors stopped to see her seasonal creations. Surviving
are her four children and their spouses: Donna and Ray Hoffmann of Towanda;
Daniel and Linda Leggett of St. Paul, MN; Francis and Lois Leggett of
Glendale, AZ and Philip and Susan Leggett of Fort Mill, SC. A mass to
celebrate Sylvia’s life will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 8 at St.
Mary’s Church on 224 Franklin St., Elmira, NY. She will be interred at St.

Barbara hosted, enjoyed and looked forward to her weekly bible study group and her daily breakfast that she prepared for her close friends, her door was always open. There was not a person she met that she didn't call "Honey". She had a heart of gold for her family and friends and referred to each of her children as "her favorite". Jennie Gimbarski, 89, formerly of Elmira, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009 at Elcor Nursing Home. She was a World War II veteran and office clerk at Corning Glass Works. Survivors include two nephews, Michael Kelly of Horseheads and Mark Gimbarski of Elmira. Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Lynch Funeral Home, 318 W. Broad St., the Rev. Rick Farrell officiating.
GINARDI DANIEL
Age 85, of Roe Ave., Elmira, NY, died on Sunday, September 21, 2008, at the
Chemung County Nursing Facility. It was Danny's request that there will be no
calling hours. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Patrick Church,
Elmira at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 25, Rev. Walter Wainwright,
Celebrant. Interment will follow in Saint Peter and Paul Cemetery, Elmira, with
Full Military Honors. Those wishing may make memorials to Blessed Sacrament
Parish, 604 Park Place, Elmira, 14901; or to Dominican Monastery, 1310 W. Church
St., Elmira, 14905. Danny is survived by his sister, Mary Ginardi; loving
companion, Ann Ferraro; Ann's daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Robert
Dunham; Ann's three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and many dear
friends. He was a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Parish, a veteran of the
U.S. Army Air Corps with the 333rd Bomb Squadron 94TH Bomb Group serving during
WWII in Air Campaigns over Europe. Danny was retired from the engineering dept.
of the former Remington Rand Corp., and worked as a supervisor at Westinghouse
and at Purolator Corp. He was an avid bowler, being inducted into the Elmira
Bowling Hall of Fame, enjoyed golf and gardening. Danny was a dear friend to
Station #5 Firefighters, of the Elmira Fire Dept. Published in the

Frances Giordano Age 67, of Elmira Heights, died very unexpectedly at her home
on Friday, November 3, 2006. Frances was born February 14, 1939, the daughter
of the late Anthony J. and Philomena Cerio Giordano. She is survived by her
loving husband of 46 years, Raymond W. Malloy; sons, Terry R. Malloy of Dallas,
TX, and Randy J. Malloy, with wife Dawn and son Sean, of Tampa, FL; brother and
sister-in-law Jim and Harolyn Giordano of Elmira; sisters-in-law and
brothers-in-law, Betty and Dick Rogers of Slidell, LA, Ellen Malloy of Elmira,
Gary Malloy of Elmira, Gail and Sue Malloy of Horseheads, and Shirley and Jim Woolwine
of Honeybrook, PA; along with an uncle, 4 aunts, many cousins, several nieces,
nephews, and dearest friend Ruth Kincade of Elmira Heights. In her earlier
years Frances had worked at St. Joseph's Hospital in the video department
taking care of all the TVs. She was an avid gardener and bingo player. Frances
loved to keep up on current affairs and especially enjoyed watching CNN.
Friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, corner of Water and Walnut Sts.,
on Sunday, November 5, 2006 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A funeral service will
be held on Monday, November 6, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery.
