Eugene Crippen of Roseville & Elmira received this pin for civilian
serivce in World War One. (Note from Eugene's son, Creig) He worked in
Elmira at the Willys Morrow Plant. They made autos,(Overland cars for one),
before the war. During WW I they made shells for 75mm artillary, and parts
for the Liberty engine etc. I think those badges were given to all
the supervisors at the plant.
