Fred Baker was b. Dec. 1887 in Jackson Twp., the son of Perry Baker and Ida Wales. He m. Lila Shelman Nov. 9, 1922. She was the daughter of Charles Shelman and ?? . He d. May 16, 1966 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Tioga. He served with the US Expeditionary Force in France.
