Last Wednesday evening there was a pleasant wedding at the home of Mr. J. G. Dartt, in Charleston.  His daughter, Miss Effie Anna, was married to Mr. Edward J. Fleitz, Rev. W. H. Duffy-Kemp
Last Saturday evening there was a wedding at Oregon Hill, at the residence of Mr. Ambrose Duffy, when Mr. William Duffy and Miss Christine Kemp were married.  Rev. W. E. Brillhart, of Liberty, performed the ceremony.  But two or three friends were present besides Mr. Duffy’s family.  After the ceremony the wedding party all went to church, and after that they had a wedding supper.  Later in the evening the members of the callithumpian band made their presence known, and after making night hideous for a time they were invited into the house and treated to cakes and cider and finally went home wishing the couple a happy wedded life.  (Tuesday, February 17, 1892, The Wellsboro Agitator, Wellsboro, Tioga Co, Pa.)

Last Wednesday afternoon, June 16, 1892, there was a wedding party at the home of David Cameron, Esq., on West avenue, Wellsboro, Pa.,  Mr. Cameron’s eldest daughter, Miss Lizzie, was married to Mr. Fred. W. Bailey, of Indianapolis, Ind., the ceremony being pronounced by Rev. John Pollock, of Allentown, Pa.  The ceremony was witnessed only by the relatives and intimate friends of the couple.  The bride was prettily attired in a gray traveling-dress trimmed with surah silk.  Mr. and Mrs. Bailey left on the afternoon train for a trip to Buffalo and Niagara Falls and thence to their future home at Indianapolis, Ind.  Mr. Bailey has been clerk in a large hotel in that city for some time.  Mrs. Bailey is one of our esteemed young women, and her large circle of friends tender hearty congratulations.  (Tuesday, June 22, 1892, The Wellsboro Agitator, Wellsboro, Tioga Co, Pa.)

On Monday afternoon there was an informal wedding at the home of Mr. John R. Bowen, on Queen street, Wellsboro, Pa., when his granddaughter, Miss Carrie Bowen, was united to Mr. Walter H. Harris, of Jersey Shore, Pa on June 20, 1892.  Rev. A. C.
