Wife Lodema J. Exc: written 28 Feb 1899, d: 10 May 1903, Children: dau. Mrs Sarah FISH of Corning, NY, son Daniel E. MINIER if White Hall, Montana; son Frank M. MINIER of Cold Springs, Jefferson County, Montana; dau Mrs. Ella SHELER; & dau Mrs. Jennie SNYDER.

Will and Testament of Samuel G. MINIER}

I Samuel G. MINIER of Sheshequin Township, Bradford County and State of Pennsylvania (farmer) being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoling and making void all wills by me at any time hretofore made.

As to such property as it hath pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows:-

Item:- I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Ledema MINIER, the use, rent and income from my house and lot, situate in Sheshequin Township, Bradford County and State of Pennsylvania for and during the term of her natural life, and at her death. I give, devise and bequeath the said house and lot to my daughter, Mrs. Sarah FISH of Corning, N. Y. and to her heirs and assigns forever.

Item:- I give devise and bequeath to my son, Daniel E. MINIER of White Hall, Montana, my farm situate in Sheshequin Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania and all stock, farming tools and implements, and personal property, for his sole use and benefit and to his heirs and assigns forever, upon con ... for and during the term of her natual life, with the exception of a place to live. And also Subject to and upon condition that he pay the sum of fifty dollars, to each of my daughter, Mrs. Ella SHELER, and Mrs. Jennie SNYDER, and one hundred dollars to my daughter Mrs. Sarah FISH, and five hundred dollars to my son, Frank MINIER of Cold Springs, Jefferson County, Montana. And also upon condition that he erect or cause to be erected, a tombstone at the head of my grave and that of my wifes, in the cemetery where we are buried with proper inscriptions thereon, to cost not less than one Hundred Dollars.

Lastly, I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Lodema MINIER, to be the Executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof, I the said Samuel G. MINIER the testator have to this my last will and Testament, written with the type writer, upon two sheets of paper, set my hand and seal the twenty eighth day of February, 1899.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Samuel G. MINIER as and for his last will and testament in our presence, who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses at his request, in his

presence, and in the presence of each other.

I Samuel G. MINIER the within named testator do make and publish this codicil, to be added to my last will, and testament, bearing date the 28th day of February 1899, in manner following to wit:- And whereas in my last said will I have given, and bequeathed unto my son Daniel E. all my personal property and I do hereby revoke that clause in part, as follows:- I do declare that my will is that my said wife shall have all of my house hold goods, with the exception of one set of upholstered chairs, secretary and one bed which I desire my son Daniel MINIER to have, and one bed I devise and will to my son Frank M. MINIER.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this twentieth day of January, 1903.

Signed, sealed, published, and declared by the said Samuel G. MINIER, as and for a codicil to his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have at his request, subscribed our names as witness thereto.
