LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF SYLVIA J. PROUTY
I Sylvia J. Prouty of Canton township, County of Bradford, State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament revoking and making void all other wills heretofore made by me.
1st, I desire that after my decease, my funeral expenses and all just claims against me be paid, also that suitable stones be placed at my grave.
2nd, I will and bequeath to my daughter, Julia A. Boyce, after above has been complied with, all my personal effects and all monies which I may have in my possession or on deposit in bank or banks to my credit, and all notes, bonds or mortgages of which I may be possessed at time of my decease. Also all my interest in my late husband Jeptha Prouty’s estate which may accrue to me or any heirs at any time.
3rd, I appoint John R. Wright of Grover Pa. Executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 21st day of December A.D. 1895.

Letters Testamentary upon the estate of Sylvia J. Prouty, deceased, late of Canton twp; granted to John R. Wright, he having first been duly sworn: proof having been made that Sylvia J. Prouty died on or about the day of Nov. A. D. 1896.
Given under the hand and Official Seal of the Register on the 14th day of Dec. 1896.
