Obadiah GORE Last Will and Testament.
I OBADIAH GORE considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being sound mind and memory, blessed be almighty god for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner following viz:
First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Anna out of the obligations I am now possessed of the amount of five hundred dollars together with my household furnature.
Secondly, I give and bequeath unto, my son Avery all the improvements of buildings I have made on this place together with the Distillary and aperatus, also the clock.
Thirdly, I have given and bequeathed to my daughter Welthy heretofore two thousand dollars which sum I consider the full amount of her legacy.
Fourthly, I give and bequeath to my daughter Hannah the amount of Two thousand dollars.
Fifthly I give and bequeath to the heirs of daughter Anna SHEPPARD decd. Two thousand dollars, to be equally divided between said hers.
Sixthly I give and bequeath to the heirs of my daughter the late Sally CASH decd. Two thousand dollars. The amout of which sum is the hands of Col. Edmond Lochwood whose voucher I have to distribute to each heir when they arrive at lawful age which I consider the full amount of their legacy.
Lastly I give and bequeath to my son Avery all that tract or miss*___ of Land situate and lying in the township of Wysox whereone the ____ of Jessee Smith resides on of which tract of land I have a Pattent from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Together with all the other property I may be possessed of after said legacies are satisfied. Further I do hereby appoint my beloved wife Anna executur and my son Avery executer of this my last will and testament hereby revolking all former wills by me made.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal the ninth day
of March one thousand eight hundred and twenty one.

Signed Sealed published and declared by the by the above named Obadiah GORE to be his last will and testament in the presents of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witness testator.

Avery Gore Exc'tr of Obadiah Gore } In conformity to the forgoing Will and the renounciation of Anna GORE dated April 14h 1821 Letter Testamentary was granted to Avery GORE in said last will and testament named he having first been sworn well to preform the same exhibit a true
Inventory and render a just amount of his administration.
Given under seal of the Register Office April 14th 1821.
