NOTE FROM JMT - Hosea H. Kennedy was born 1840, son of Achsah Hugg &
Avery Kennedy. HIs wife was F. Ophelia Ludington of Sullivan Township.
He is ID 29932 in Joyce's Sullivan-Rutland Genealogy Project.

Last Will and Testament of: Hosea H. Kennedy

Registers Office June 17, 1918, This day was presented
the petition of Ophelia F. Kennedy of Delmar Township representing : That
she is the executrix named in the last will and testament of Hosea H. Kennedy
who departed this life at his residence in Delmar Township, June 12, 1918,
at 11 P.M. That the value of the personal property of the estate is One
Thousand dollars and the value of the real property is two thousand dollars.
The petitioner therefore prayed that said will be proved and Letters Testamentary
granted to her. Said Will as follows:
I, Hosea H. Kennedy of Delmar Township, County of
Tioga and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory do hereby make and declare this to be my last will and testament
namely:
I hereby give and devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ophelia
F. Kennedy all my property both real, personal, and mixed and wheresoever
situate to her and her heirs and assigns forever, and do hereby appoint
her sole Executrix of this my will.
Witness my hand and seal this 2nd day of April A.D. 1906.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Hosea H.
Kennedy as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who
have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto
in the presence of said testator and each other.
