I, Frank Stout of Rutland, Tioga county, Pa., being sick and in weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding, considering the certainty of death but the uncertainty of the time thereof, and to the end that I may be the better prepared to leave this world at any time when the summons may come, do therefore make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say - First - I orther that all my just debts and the charges of proving this my will, be in the first - fully paid and after payment of the same and every pact thereof.  I give and bequeath to my wife, Martha the sum of three hundred dollars to be paid to her by my son, Peter Stout.  One hundred dollars one year after my death, and one hundred dollars each year thereafter until the whole sum is paid.  And I also give and bequeath to my said wife my Sewing Machine and one cow, which bequests are to be paid in lieu of her right to the widow's exemption.  And of her right to any dower.  And I further direct that my son, Peter, shall have the use of my farm until my youngest child becomes of age.  And desire that my wife, Martha, shall have a home with my son, Peter, so long as they can agree and if they should not agree and live together, then in that case I direct that Peter shall pay towards the support of my children that I have by my present wife, that are living, the sum of twenty dollars each year, if so much be necessary for their support, to each child until each one becomes ten years of age, and after that age there is to be no more paid unless the children should be sick and kneedy.  And the amount that my said son, Peter, shall pay towards their support shall be taken out of their respective shares in my property, and my said son, Peter, is not to pay the amount for the support of my said children by my present wife unless they actually need it for their support, of which my executors shall be the judges.  And shall order the amount to be paid or not to be paid, each year as they shall think for the best.  And I further give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my property either real, personal, or mixed to my son, Peter Stout for his use and benefit.  Provided however that he shall pay or cause to be paid to my other children the sum of three hundred dollars, to be paid share and share alike when the youngest one shall be come of age, and if either one should die he is only to pay in the proportion of what is living. And I do hereby nominate and appoint David W. Stout of Roseville, Tioga County, Pa. sole executor of this my will, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will and testament.  In witness whereof I the siad testator have to this my last will set my hand and seal the 27th day of November 1880.  FRANK STOUT (seal)
