In the name of God Amen I Isaac Fuller of Township of Ridgebury in the County of Bradford and State of Pennsylvania being of declining age and weak in body but of Sound Mind and Memory Blessed be Almighty God for the Same do make and dain this My Last Will and testament in Manner and form following, that is to Say first I give and bequeath unto James V Fuller My Son all my property both real and personal excepting one Cow and one bed and bedding I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mercy To have as her own So long as she remains with My Son James V. Fuller And furthermore My Son James V Fuller shall provide things for her Comfort during her Natural life or so long as she remaind My Widow. Secondly And unto My Daughter Lidia I give and bequeath unto her, She being of Not bright Intelects as the Common or general Run of her Sects her support through her Natural life in Sicknefs and in Health to have things for her Comfort. And I do hereby Constitute and Appoint My friend and Neighbor Dan A. Gillett and My Son James V Fuller excutors of this My last Will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills by Me at any time heretofore Made in Testimony Where of I have hereunto Set My hand and Seal the Eighteenth day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty-six.
