Last Will & Testament of Jacob Reyman late of Ridgebury, ------.

In the Name of God Amen. I Jacob Reyman of the township of Ridgebury County of Bradford And State of Pennsylvania being of sound Mind and Memory and Considering the uncertainty of this frail And transitory life, do therefore Make Ordain publish; And declare this to be My last Will And testament. That is to say. First: After All My lawful debts are paid and discharged the residue of my estate real and personal I give bequeath and dispose of as follows to wit: To my beloved wife the land and appentenances situated there on and which I now reside lying and being in the town of Ridgebury, County of Bradford & State of Pennsylvania together With All My Moveable property which I may have at My death. Owning her natural life or so long as She remains my Widow And after her death to or divide Equally between my three sons Benjamin Reyman Moses B. Reyman and William Reyman Share & Share Alike. And it is My request that one year after, my sons, that is to say Benjamin Moses & William comes in full possession of the above described property, that they pay My daughter Elisa Bensen the sum of twenty five dollars, one year thereafter to pay my son Jacob Reyman the sum of twenty five dollars. One Year thereafter to my son Benson Shepard Reyman the Sum of twenty five dollars, One Year thereafter to my Grandson George Son of John Reyman Deceased if he Shall be of himself or of Age at the time, if not,as soon as he becomes of Age or for himself After the Above described time.

Likewise I Make Constitute & Appoint My said Son Benjamin Reyman and Moses B. Reyman to be My Executors of this My last Will & testament, hereby Revoking All former wills by me Made.

In Witness where if I have here unto subscribed My Name. And Affix My Seal the fifteenth day of January in the Year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred & fifty two.

The Above Written instrument was Subscribed by the Said Jacob Reyman in our --?--.And Acknowledged by him to each of us. And he at the same time published & declared the written so subscribed to be his last Will & testament. And we as the testaters request And in his presence have signed Our Names as witnefes. And Our place of Residence

Given under the hand & Offical Seal of the Register of Towanda this 11th of January, AD 1853-

Inventory filed Feb 7" 1853

So.. there it is. It may be possible to obtain the Inventory list from the Record & Will’s Division at the Court House in Towanda, but I do not know. I did not have time to inquire. When I go down again I will try and find it for you. I hope this partly makes up for the disappointment of the Bible.
