Do You Know that you can search just the Bradford County Cemetery Records on the site by using the Cemeteries -Bradford button in the Partitioned search engine at the bottom of the Current What's New Page? If you use that partition follow these steps to search just one cemetery
1. Choose Cemeteries - Bradford.
2. Enter part of the cemetery name [ie Ballard or Berrytown] AND a surname.
3. Choose the Find ALL Words option. Then it will find just the pages with that surname in the one cemetery you indicated.

OBITUARIES

HUBBARD, Thomas – Well Known Rutland Man Lost His Life Last Saturday.  Thomas Hubbard, aged about 40 years, a well-known resident of Rutland township, who resided on the state road about a mile west of Roseville, was drowned in Mill creek Saturday.  He is survived by his wife and three children.  Mr. Hubbard had just returned home from Elmira and found that his cows had strayed across the creek.  He cross the stream on a fallen tree, taking his dog with him, and drove the cows back.  On his return across the creek a branch of the tree broke under his weight and he fell into twelve feet of water, the stream being swollen by the recent rains and was very swift.  The dog gave the alarm and a number of neighbors started out in search of the man.  They searched all night Saturday and on Sunday fully 200 people aided in dragging the stream.  Hubbard’s body was found Monday morning about 30 rods downstream from the place where he fell into the raging torrent.  Wellsboro Agitator, 28 May 1919.
