Joyce--
I have found my ggggrandmother in the Lower Cemetery of Franklin. 
Under her name was a bunch of question marks with a note saying "GAR (no stone).  I believe this is the grave of my ggggrandfather Morgan K. Jones.  He died in the 1860s according to info I have.  No proof, of course.  Is there no way for me to check this?
Didn't papers have obits at this time?  Which ones could I check?  I have read all of the obits on your tri-county site and can find no Morgan or Elizabeth.  However, most of those articles concerned papers from Tioga and/or Wellesboro.  No Towanda, Overton, or Franklin.  Please advise.  I love your site.
I would appreciate any help.
