The following is a listing of tombstone inscriptions copied July 1984
by J. Kelsey Jones in the old section of the Glenwood Cemetery. The
old section being the entire area encircled by the gravel road. "The Old
Baptist church stood in the center of the cemetery. The more modern cemetery
contains about twenty acres - - the old one has only about two acres."
Reference: History of Bradford County, Pennsylvania by Bradsby, p 358.
The oldest tombstone found was that of Rev. E. Rich Died Mar 16 1812 Age

the first to be buried in the cemetery. Tombstones were found for the following
Revolutionary soldiers, Seth Adams, Jabez M. Baldwin, William Furman,Laban
