The maps in the booklet need to be presented
fairly large for you to see the detail. That means that those of you with
web-tv or dial up or other slow or low memory connections will have trouble
loading them. I can do nothing about that. Someday you will all be on faster
connections. I will put them on a separate page so they will not slow the
