While this is clearly not a Bible record, I am including it in the Bible
section of the site for its family vital records information. I believe
Lucinda will type up thte ocntent for us, so it is more legible. Some of
these people are buried in Marsh Cemetery,.
Horseheads.
Dear Joyce, I love all the work you've done. All my family came from
Elmira and the area. I've attached photos of a sampler I have of the Eddy
Family,
some of these people are buried in The Old Marsh Cemetery. The sampler
was given to me by my grandmother Fanny Holley Wells, my family names
are Wells, Holley, Mapes, Eddy, Park(e),Davey, Clarke, Dexter.
My sister and I plan to visit the Elmira area in the spring or summer to
do more research and to take photos of the gravestones in the Old Marsh
Cemetery for the Eddy Family virtual cemetery. Lucinda Pinchot, Guilford

If you are not navigating this Tri-Counties
Site via the left and right sidebars of the Current
What's New page you are doing yourself a disservice. You can get
to any place on the site easily by making yourself familiar with these
subject and place topics. Try them all to be as familiar with the site's
16,000 plus pages as you can. Stop groping in the dark and take the lighted
path. That's also the only way you'll find the search engines for the site
or have access to the necessary messages I may leave for you. Make
it easy on yourself. |
