In 1900 my Grandfather Clarence William Rice at age 21 had been married for 3 years to Effie Belle Hogancamp, age 25.

My Aunt Cecilia Maud Rice was born 2 July 1900. Daughter of C.W. & E.B. Rice.

My Great grandfather Asahel Elliger Rice at age 45 had been married for 28 years to Jane (Jennie) Teachman, age 44.

On my mother's side of the family, my Great grandfather John Malvin Howland at age 51 years had been married for 33 years to Margaret Jeanette Chapman, age 55.

His son Lewell Howland at age 28 had been married for 8 years to Ella Mae Mack, age 24 years. My Uncle Vergil was 5 years young. My Uncle Clyde was 3 years young. My Uncle Merrill was 2 years young and my Aunt Mary was born in January of 1900.

On my wife's side of the family. Her Grandfather Franklin Levi Skinner at age 46 had been married for 14 years to Viola Howland, age 48.

Her father was 8 years young.
