 She married Ernest Monroe Besley 28 APR 1896 in Elmira, Chemung County, New York.  (Ernest Monroe Besley is #6999.)  Ernest was born 28 OCT 1876 in Austinville, Columbia Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.  Ernest was the son of George N. Besley and Charlotte Jane Monroe.  Ernest died 28 OCT 1962 in Bainbridge, Chenango County, New York, at age 86.  Ernest was listed in a directory in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania 1899.   Bessley Erna (Elk Run) r 13, farmer on shares for B Monroe, 109 acres

      2  i.  Lynn William2 Besley (#10943) was born in Austinville, Columbia Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania 28 JAN 1896.  Lynn died 16 FEB 1896 in Austinville, Columbia Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania, at age unknown.  His body was interred FEB 1896 in Columbia Valley Cemetery, Columbia Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
      3  ii.  Pauline Effie Besley (#6997) was born in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania 26 APR 1901.  The Besleys lived on the Austinville Road near the Sullivan Township, Tioga County line.  This birth is recorded in Tioga County as having occurred in Sullivan township, but that may have been just for the convenience of the physician who practiced on both sides of the county line, possibly Dr. Leonard Bradford who was in that area. Pauline died 20 FEB 1960 in Elmira, Chemung County, New York, at age 58.  Her body was interred FEB 1960 in Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira, Chemung County, New York.  She married James Leon Wheeler 21 AUG 1920 in Elmira, Chemung County, New York.  (James Leon Wheeler is #6996.)  Leon was born 26 MAY 1898 in Columbia X Roads, Columbia Town, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.  Leon was the son of Francis Bradford Wheeler and Elizabeth A. Smith.  He married Lillian B. Hayes (Reese Northrup) 2 APR 1961.  Leon died 2 DEC 1978 in Elmira, Chemung County, New York, at age 80.  His body was interred DEC 1978 in Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira, Chemung County, New York.
      4  iii.  Kenneth Nelson Besley (#10944) was born in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania 25 JUL 1902.  Individual flags: Soc.Sec..  Kenneth died 22 Feb 1988 in Elmira, Chemung County, New York, at age 85.  He married Irene Mildred Myers 27 MAY 1922 in Elmira, Chemung County, New York.  (Irene Mildred Myers is #10990.)  Irene was born 2 SEP 1903 in Elmira, Chemung County, New York.  Irene is the daughter of Charles Henry Myers* and Elizabeth Kristof*.
      5  iv.  Lawrence Laverne Besley (#10945) was born in Austinville, Columbia Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania 6 MAR 1904.  Individual flags: Soc.Sec..  Lawrence died Sep 1981 in Elmira, Chemung County, New York, at age 77.  He married Edna May Wilson.  (Edna May Wilson is #10996.)  Edna was born 28 MAY 1905 in Gillett, South Creek Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.  Edna is the daughter of John D. Wilson and Emma Hall.
      6  v.  Dorothy Ruth Besley (#10946) was born in Austinville, Columbia Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania 6 OCT 1908.  She married twice.  She married Omer Ruff* 26 OCT 1928 in Waverly, Tioga County, New York.  (Omer Ruff* is #11001.)  She married George Heiden 28 JUL 1947 in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania.  (George Heiden is #11002.)  George was born 21 MAR 1914 in Pittsford, Monroe County, New York.  George is the son of Herman W. Heiden* and Annie Unknown (Heiden).
      7  vi.  Lillian June Besley (#10947) was born in Austinville, Columbia Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania 25 JUN 1919.  She married Arthur Bouvier 08 Mar 1941 in Sidney, Delaware County, New York.  (Arthur Bouvier is #11005.)  Arthur was born 5 JUL 1916 in Malone, Franklin County, New York.  Arthur is the son of Alfred Bouvier* and Eva Unknown (Bouvier).
